BancTec, a global provider of infrastructure service management and solutions for document, content, and payment processing, initially purchased 80 GoodLink licenses and is planning a full rollout to all 230 personnel in Europe this summer. BancTec is also planning to upgrade its infrastructure and is considering mobilizing more of its enterprise applications using Good Technology.

The company provides same-day and next business day on-site services for a number of major IT OEM's and employs a dedicated team of engineers who receive their job instructions via Outlook. Previously, engineers needed to go back to the office to receive the instructions or telephone a call centre so that instructions could be dictated to them. With GoodLink the company saves time and therefore money as the engineers now receive the updates whilst they are mobile. (1)
